Warrior On!!!
I've been a Sparkian since 2008 (though I really didn't start doing anything until May of 2009). That is a long time my friends. I've learned a lot in that time, lost a lot of weight, gained a lot of it back, lost it again, and gained it back again. The yo-yo of my life is BED (binge eating disorder) and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). I am confident that I can lose weight and keep it off though. I am a big believe in lessons. I've learned a lot in that time, lost a lot of weight, gained a lot of it back, lost it again, and gained it back again. The yo-yo of my life is BED (binge eating disorder) and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). I am confident that I can lose weight and keep it off though. I am a big believe in lessons. Yep, I’ve made mistakes (tons of them), but if I can take something away from it, apply it to my life, the mistakes are more meaningful and never in vain. Without this philosophy, I'd have quit by now. Also I believe in mindfulness. Being mindful of all you do, every taste, every muscle, every moment. Be in the moment. It helps, especially when you are craving something or dreading a workout. Sometimes I blog a lot. Sometimes a little. Sometimes its about weight/health/etc, sometimes is about my personal life. Currently I am trying to figure myself out. My guess is it will be a combo of both for now. I've been an inspiration to others on here before (a great honor!). Now I am looking to be inspired. 6 days a week of exercise -Walking, elliptical and maybe weights (i hate weights). -Mindfulness about eating -Drink Tons of water!
