Hey Judy- I have plantar fasciatis too. Things that work for me- elevating my feet at night, laying off or reducing caffeine. Wearing shoes with support and definitely not wearing flats. Also, losing weight (duh) and, if all that doesn't work, head over to a podiatrist and get a cortisone shot. They work wonders. Good luck- that is so painful. 2151 days ago
