No Excuses
Hello I'm Judi and it is my goal to lose some weight. I just want to feel better about myself and get back down to a healthy weight. I am married and have 3 children, a daughter who just graduated high school. A son starting high school and another son in grade school. They keep me very busy. I want to be able to keep up with them all. I also want to make sure I am around for a very long time to see them married and happy in their lives.

I do cardio 4 to 5 times a week. I strength train 3 to 4 times a week.
