No Excuses

Hello I'm Judi and it is my goal to lose some weight. I just want to feel better about myself and get back down to a healthy weight. I am married and have 3 children, a daughter who just graduated high school. A son starting high school and another son in grade school. They keep me very busy. I want to be able to keep up with them all. I also want to make sure I am around for a very long time to see them married and happy in their lives.

emoticon emoticon emoticon I'm so glad you thought it was a good workout. Hope it makes it into your regular routine, once in a while. That arm series is tough for me, no matter how many times I do it. Who knew just holding your arms out could be so hard. My husband tried it with me once, and quit before she even got to the weights. emoticon

I will warn you, that Tracy's counts are off when she does the second leg, so I always rotate starting legs and just go with the flow.
