oh, no not again, must be done

hey all, I'm Heather, I'm 33, got 18lbs to lose till I get to 156lbs, which I hope to achieve by the 3rd of december, christmas night out, and I've got a dress I hope to fit into. I've lost 38lbs in the past, successfully, but put 28 back on, but hey, back to the drawing board!!

Hi, Heather. The Shred is Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. 20 minutes of intense workout per day. 10 days at level 1, then at level 2 and finally level 3. It's hard work but gets you fit and you lose inches. The DVD is widely available and there is a Spark Team for support as well.
I freely admit I learnt about it from other Sparkers.
