Getting Back to Fit

I've spent the last 5 years or so slacking off on my fitness, relying on my good genes to keep me healthy. I will turn 53 this year and have a class reunion next summer. It's time to quit being a slacker and get FIT!

My Goals:
1. Lose 4% by Jan. 28
2. Reach 135 pounds by August 1, 2016.
3. Jog 1 mile.

My Program:
1. Limit calories to 1200-1500 daily.
2. Exercise at least 30 minutes 6 days per week.
*3 days cardio (Airdyne, walking, DVD)
*2-3 days yoga
*2 strength workouts
3. Limit desk/computer time, and get 10,000 steps every day.
