Well I finally brought the book. I find it very inspiring and hope to put it into my lifestyle change. I just have to find time to keep reading it. I have started trying to increase my exercise and decrease my calories and carbs. I enjoy reading about everyones successes.

My Goals:
I would like to 1) lose over 40 # 2) Lower my A1C 3) exercise more

I am making healthier food choices and recording what I eat and really trying to exercise more than 3 days a week
Personal Information:
I live in the midwest with my husband. I have 3 children and 5 beautiful grandchildren that live far away from me :'( I was recently diagnosed with type II diabetes. So I realize I have to make some drastic changes in my life.
Other Information:
I enjoy reading and especially loved the Outlander series and I am always looking for a good book. I especially love technology and my ipod touch. I use it for my lists and want to put spark on there too. My next thing is to download a book from amazon. I haven't done that yet
