2014...Get Ready, here I come!

So I haven't been as consistent in cross training as I planned, but that's okay. I am getting back where I need to be and it's going to feel great!

I am at my goal weight which feels great, but now I want to get fit!

I did well in 2013 and am very proud of myself!!

My Goals:
I would like to weigh between 100 & 105 lbs(done 02/2012), tone up and get in shape, more energy and feeling better over all.

Keep calories in check on weekends IN ADDITION to the week!

Complete SP walk/jog program (Done 03/2012)

Do 1/4 of 5K without walking any of it (Done 06/07/12)

Do 1/3 of 5K without walking any part of it (Done 06/07/12)

Do 1/2 of 5K without walking any of it

Do 2/3 of 5K without walking any of it


Do 3/4 of 5K without walking any of it

I want to join a real 5K, not just a virtual one!

I want to do a 5K real or virtual, but without walking any part of it.

My Program:
Strengthen my relationship with God!

Do SP stregth exercises, cardio, and eat cleaner.

Doing toning videos and walk/run intervals for cardio.

Other Information:
Love Pro Football, Days of Our Lives, scarry movies and Survivor and Big Brother.

Love cookouts, going to the lake and snow skiing!

Thanks for your comment on my blog about MFP.

You are absolutely right that your health and body come first. I sporadically will track at MFP via the app. I have no desire to do that with SP. I rarely come to SP anymore. I still I love SP but right now, the simpoler things are and the less I spend on time, the better.

Now if I could only track without the calorie count (like a journal but set up in a divided day like the food tracker) I'd be even happier and more likely to track my food hehe
