My Goals:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Exercise in some form for at least 10 minutes a day, 7 days a week.

Eat breakfast every day.

My Program:
I don't really have a program at the moment. I will be attempting to simply eat more healthy foods and stay within my alotted calories.

Personal Information:
I am married and have a son who is 18 now.

Other Information:
I'm a little add. My thoughts are scattered and my attention span usually doesn't last that long.
