Years of extreme stress took a toll on my body - I developed Fibromyalgia. Now, I'm working on getting back to "normal," which includes being able to walk without a cane. It's a slow, painful process, but I will succeed

Good morning, saw you on my friend feed and wanted to say hello.
We are back on the East side of Washington bought another home after selling the one on the West side .
I posted a blog with a photo of the home so you can take a look see.
Glad your still on the site, I am getting a lot of exercise moving and now we are waiting for new carpet to be installed and then we will have our furniture shipped over here.
I will be glad when we get into the house and can enjoy the rest of the season.

That's interesting about the B1. I take a B complex. My mother once advised me to take extra vitamin B because there was a lot going on and I had a lot of stress. I didn't really believe her (you know... she was my MOTHER! What did she know?) There came the day that I hadn't taken it, and I literally had the 4 o'clock slump. I was just exhausted. Then I realized I hadn't taken my "B" for the day. (I think it also helps my mood.)
My B complex provides what the manufacturer says is 240% of the daily requirement, but that's still only 3.6 mg. I do make sure I take it on the days that I have a lot to do.
On the activity tracker, I love it, especially the fact that it registers elliptical use. My Omni step tracker didn't budge on the elliptical. I'd get off, legs shaky, perspiring, and breathing deeply, and my pedometer would tell me... "nope, didn't do a thing!" LOL! To get the Spark Tracker to give me all the lights around feels like I just hit Broadway. SP does great with reinforcement of any positive move, doesn't it!

How did the experiment go? You last wrote on my anniversary, 2013, saying you were a test subject for vit. B-12 for your pain. Did it work? You were on Day 262 of an exercise streak on that day. Impressive!!!
