Be there for my family. Strive to have a better year in general. Don't listen to the haters, even when they are in my own head!

My Program:
In 2013, I did nothing to further my health. I made lots of plans that went nowhere.
In 2014, I will spend less time making elaborate plans. I will instead take simple steps. Build momentum first. Worry about refining later.

Hey, GOOD to hear from you! What are you studying? Yeah, full time is HARD work ... PLUS you've got a family to look after! My hat's off to you. How do you juggle everything?

Moi? Toronto's had the mildest winter in forever! Mild, small amounts of snow and wind ... I'm walking, walking, walking all over the place. Not losing any weight, but having fun anyway! :)
