This time is for good

Over the years my weight has fluctuated. I've lost weight but the pounds creep back on, one at a time. This time the weight comes off and stays off...for good! I have a big birthday coming up and I refuse to be "big" too!

My Goals:
1. Lose ~30 pounds
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
3. Pack my lunch daily
4. Avoid the snack machine and fat cart at school
5. Be more comfortable going to the gym/exercising by myself
6. Exercise at least 5 times a week
7. Donít eat when stressed/bored!
8. You donít have to eat everything on the plate! :)

Hey there - sorry I didn't respond sooner. I'm without internet access at home until 8/21 so my responses are likely delayed. My goals are coming along well. I have already lost 7 pounds! I'm still struggling to be consistent with eating healthy but I'm making good progress. We move in two weeks. My business is booming which is keeping me busy.

Congrats on going to the gym! Now you just need to do it again. :) Enjoy your vacations and I'll hopefully chat with you again soon!

Okay divas, listen up! I hope I have your attention. For some time now many of us have been struggling on our weight loss journey. For some its with eating, or exercising, others its both and then there are some who have lost all control and have not only fell off the wagon, but you're running after it now. Enough is enough already, that's what I say. We all fall down, but its what we do when getting back up that makes the difference.

Today, I ask you to recommit to yourself and to your weight loss journey. If you've been an active member of the team, off and on, or joined but have never chatted or done the challenges with us. This is your time to come back and join the team and get yourself going back on your journey. We do not judge on this team. No one will get on you if you fell off the wagon, we'll help you get back up to continue on your way. We all fall down and struggle, but you have a team to help you get through it this time. There's no day like today to get back up and keep on going. Don't say you're wait till Monday because we all do that. Take control right here, right now. We can do this as a team. So, who's with me on this? Here's something that will get you motivated to start in the right direction....
