saw you didn't appreciate dr oz's interview with gary taubes either. i thought dr oz was rather a jerk during that interview. emoticon
he's much better with dr davis. i think you'll appreciate that interview.
i watched it with my mom and dh. i've been wheatfree since january and so my dh has drastically cut down on wheat cuz i cook and buy the groceries. but, yesterday he decided that this wheat thing is valid and he is going wheatfree finally. emoticon

I think you will be pleasantly surprised with Dr. Oz' interview of Dr. Davis. Just watch Dr. Oz' facial expression, I think he is starting to get it. I don't care for him much but he has a ton of influence in this country and should help get the message out. On Dr. Davis' blog someone commented that maybe Dr. Oz should invite Gary Taubes back and apologize to him, LOL, I think it's possible this may happen. emoticon

Thanks for your comment on my blog. A DEXA scan is still fairly new technology although it is very commonly used to check bone density and getting more common.
There are other ways to check body fat percentage, my doctor uses a device that's called a InBody230 which looks like scales with handles that you hold. Too expensive to buy for home use, but more and more doctor's offices seem to get them. This is so much more helpful than weight alone. emoticon
