Journey to a healthier life

Here starts my journey to a healthier life. Not a struggle anymore, but a planned route with milestones to measure my progress...

Start : 69kg
Actual Weight : 67kg
Ultimate goal : 60kg

Milestones reached:
*Good habbits :
- steady breakfast, lunch and snack routines
- closet almost junkfood free
- composting leftover instead of overeating
- smile and say "no, thanks" to the welcoming elevators and take the stairs instead

Milestones reached:
*Good habbits :
- steady breakfast, lunch and snack routines
- closet almost junkfood free
- composting leftover instead of overeating
- smile and say "no, thanks" to the welcoming elevators and take the stairs instead
* Weight :
- reaching the healthy weight-range/BMI index/ fat %
- getting back in my old white pants
- having to use bretels with the pants I bought last year.
* Fitness :
- "run" instead of huffing and puffing
- learn to make jumping jacks (lol)
- Consistently making 30 minutes cardio workout everyday

Milestones in sight :
* Good habbits :
- Get 8 cups water in every day
* Weight :
- Get in my old yellow pants
- Look good in bathing suit
* Fitness :
- Bike 30 mins without getting pain in my butt (lol)
- "Run" for 10 minutes in a row and not only the first or last minute
- Complete the swimsuit bootcamp part 1 video at the right pace
- Get 3 SP ST 3 times a week
- Get minimum 6 hours sleep /night

My Goals:
Have my clothes fit better.
Have more energy.
Keep up with my job.
Be more confident in myself.


My Program:
Fitness :
- 30 mins cardio a day
- 3x SP ST a week

Nutrition :
- Stay within 1200-1550 calories a day
- Eat 4 fruits and 4 portions veggies a day
- Drink 8 cups water a day
- Track all nutrients, vitamins and minerals and try to stay within the range, privileging intake from food on supplements.

Healthy Habbits :
- Walk or bike more instead of driving.
- Use the stairs more instead of elevators.
- Recycle organic, paper, glass and batteries and put trash out each evening (walk to the containers).

Located in the Netherlands, Europe.

Other Information:
This ticker represent my Healthy Weight range.
I strive to reach and stabilize in the middle, between 60 and 59.5 kg.

Hey Sugar - I'm back from my fab Italy trip . . . .hope you are enjoying yours too! I'm back on the wagon (after a small, but understandable vacation gain) -- and feeling motivated. Next year when i go to Italy, I want to be able to do a biking trip instead of a car trip!
