Goal1-Would like to loose 6pounds by Feb 28. Currently 145lb.
Goal2- Would like to reach BMI goal weight 132
Goal3- If I reach goal 2 would like to maintain that weight.

My Program:
Go to the gym 4-5 days a week. Eat healthy food and control portions.

I am much younger and can hardly run for one mile. when ever I start running my ankle or knee starts hurting. So I stick to machines in the gym. You did good I am impressed.

I know how you feel. I haven't lost much weight either since I have been recording my weight. Prior to that I had lost 45 pounds but gained 20 of it back. It's like a yo yo. Keep up the good work. You're almost there.
