My Goals:
Since throwing my scales out the bathroom window from the second floor, I am not going to weigh in. End of. It's discouraging for someone as neurotic as me!

For some reason, I have decided that a size ten is a good goal for me. Currently 14...but those two sizes are criminal!


My Program:
1000-1300 calories a day-Sparkpeople yelled at me to eat more, and I don't like being yelled at. Sparkpeople are a little crazy. But in the good way!

My workout program is picking a primary workout DVD, and then doing it. At least once a day, every day for a month. And then...(this is where it gets exciting)...I pick another! Gasp!

My nutrition program is an entire snorefest to write about. Veggies, protein, salad...you know the drill....!

Personal Information:
After having taken my measurements, it has been decided. I am essentially, a rectangle. But that's ok...rectangles are awesome!
