Hello, my name is Jill and I am new to Spark People. I am really feeling this may finally be the "help" I need. I have been struggling with my weight all my life, and finally have had enough! I work full time as an offfice manager at 3 Pediatric Dental clinics, and have 4 children, and a super supportive husband who I think has lost faith in all my diets!!!
