My BMI is 37. Yikes, really I'm lucky to be alive. Apparently, you can stuff yourself full of cheese and other assorted fats and still be alive. Unbelievable. I am obese by 41 pounds. If and when I lose those 41 pounds, then I will finally have gotten to simply overweight. WEEEEEE!!!! I want to get healthy and I am starting to understand that healthy takes planning and you have to work for it. Healthy does not come for free.
