Hi. I am a 49 year old woman full of love and laughter. I have recently had a series of successes that make me especially happy.
I am paralyzed from a 100 foot fall the broke my back and severed my spine. That happened in 2007. Now I am on a 1200 a day calorie intake, not to diet, but to maintain. It was hard at first it is getting easier.

My Goals:
I would like to keep my calorie intake low EVERY day! Keep it healthy. Blog regularly, make friends, eat wisely, and exercise routinely.

I don't have a program, lol. I am trying to move a lot and keep busy.

I live in Tualatin, OR with my amazing husband and a service dog that is down right cool! : )
Other Information:
What I admire most is KINDNESS. Everything else seems to fall in line after that.
