Are you just getting started with BodyRock? If you need any help getting started there are several threads to help and always feel free to ask questions.

I think these workouts are great for improving your overall wellness. Also, I've had amazing results with my running after starting these workouts. I've cut a minute/mile off my pace since I started. I think it will definitely help you with your goal to complete a 5k by the end of the year.
