Trying again.

Hello. I am trying to change my life. I don't quite have an exact plan or roadmap but I do know that when I feel fit, I feel more in control of my life and where I am going. I haven't felt in control in a long time and I am chasing that feeling, trying to make it a routine. I am always looking for new Spark buddies and support.

You commented on my blog like a month ago, and only now did I realize how much I took your comment to heart, and just wanted to say thanks, and to let you know that I strut into the gym now... just like you said to do... lol... I shake off my insecurities right before I exit my car and once again before I have to walk through the gym doors alone.. I pretend that I belong there no matter how scared, nervous, or shy i'm feeling... and when I'm done with my workout.. I hold my head high as I walk out... feeling great about myself... Thanks for the words of encouragement... it was just what I needed.. emoticon
