No More Excuses

Hello. I am trying to change my life. I don't quite have an exact plan or roadmap but I do know that when I feel fit, I feel more in control of my life and where I am going. I am both flattered and surprised to hear you say that I am an inspiration.
FYI, when I started running last year, I could barely run for 8 minutes straight. I wanted to go longer distances, so I started pacing myself slower and worked up to 45 minutes in about 4-5 months. You can definitely do it too!
