Learing to make difference

Well, I decided six months ago to change the way I've been treating my body. I started out by excersising thinking this would melt the pounds off... Well that didn't work so I went on Sparks People for a month in Janurary and tracked what I ate and lost five pounds in a week and have continously lost weight until now thanks to what I learned in a short period of time with Spark People.

Well, I decided six months ago to change the way I've been treating my body. I started out by excersising thinking this would melt the pounds off... Well that didn't work so I went on Sparks People for a month in Janurary and tracked what I ate and lost five pounds in a week and have continously lost weight until now thanks to what I learned in a short period of time with Spark People.

I thought after I lost five pounds I was a pro and stopped using Spark People. I have recently come back to spark people after 3 weeks of no weight loss. Sparks People is definately easy to use and helps me track my calories, carbs and protien. I find this to be extremly important to educate me on what I'm putting in my body.

I've been at eating healthier and excersising (approx. 4-6 days a week from 20 minutes to an hour) for six months and have lost 22 pounds! I'm finding it very difficult to loose the last 15 pounds.

My goal today is to try and run at least 4 miles without stopping. I'm currently upto 2 miles.
