Sometimes you just have to get angry with yourself

I am a 32 year old mother of 3 children (ages 12, 9 and 6). I am currently competing in a weight loss competition at work with 8 other women. This will be the 2nd year we've organized this "Biggest Loser" competition, I won last year. I am disappointed I gained all the weight back however; and my goal is to NOT be a part of next years competition.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be in the best shape of my life. I am mentally stronger now than I was in my 20's, who says I cant be physically stronger as well? It's my body, my life, I AM IN CONTROL.

My Program:
Cardio is the cornerstone of my fitness program. I am also relying on common sense when it comes to what I put into my body. Calories in, calories out, and if its man-made or tastes good, I spit it out, lol.

I don't think you should be a part of a weight loss program to see who can lose the most weight. I think you should make slow changes in your eating habits so that your body can get used to the changes and then they will become healthy habits. You didn't put the weight on fast, so you shouldn't expect to lose it fast. Making healthy habits should be a slow process.
