Originally from Ontario but settled back in Canada after living in San Francisco for over 16 yrs. Back in Canada since 1976.

Worked as exec. sec'y/asst. in various fields including horse racing, banking, insurance, law, exec. search. Sold real estate for a time. Owned and ran our own company for 36 years.

Widowed, no children. Do a lot of reading, mainly non-fiction.


Other Information:
I'm the curious type - about people, diets, and health. Love classical music and jazz.

HI hon !! Hope you had a grrreeeeaatttt day ! it RAINED and RAINED here,,, Oct is the 2nd to the "rainiest" month with NOv being the WORSE !! LOL than of course comes SNOWIEST months,, from Dec,, clear thru April.

I DID hit,,, my calcium level !! I've been eating,, YIKERS,,,, spinach salad ! Its really good,, and I made enough for 5 days,,,,, so it's easy to grab. NICE A ROO !! I only have 1 more meal of it,,, and also today,,, also made some sloppy Joe,,,, I don't use bread,, so the cals aren't to bad,, mostly from the hamburg,, 80%,,,,

I am so glad I did track,,,, for it helps me to see how I am doing. Than I enter my exerise into my tracker,,,, than I hit "report" and see how I did,,, ,i aim for 500 to 700 range left over,,, its how I make sure,,, I lose at least 1 lb a week.
