Can I get a redo with my ... Weight Loss!

Hi! I am 48 Years old and probably living the best of what life has to offer and what God saw fit that I deserved. I was not always a good person but i was always me. Now living life as who I am now and being blessed are a wonderful mixture. I had a scare back in July - with my heart and now taking steps to get better. ***I'm back and ready to start again...I am doing this without thinking about it. If I waited to start over again..I wouldn't. God HELP me!!

 I work out 5 days a week. All days Cario with Alternating days of Weights. It's awesome... :)

Helen,

Thanks for reading my blog about the yoga pants. I think I'm getting a new passion for yoga and little by little appreciating yoga pants more. Matter of fact I'll be shopping for a few new pairs this weekend emoticon . Guess I'm starting to feel comfortable in them.

We were in PR in late August. Matter of fact we luckily missed the hurricane by a week. Thank goodness. We were on the go when we went too. I love to take in the scenery and see as much of the sites as I can. I plan to go back in a couple years and get more time on the beach too.

Nine pounds girl---how awesome----I agree we are now week two and I hope we can out do week one. I am going to be honest, I got a sore throat on Friday that has turned into the worst full blown something I have ever had and this is day four going into day five and I do not know what the doctor is going to say if I can't fight this bug. I had my flu shot and the vaccine for H1N1 so I guess the only thing I need to worry about is it turning in to full blown pneumonia.
Once again---GREAT JOB!!!!
