motivated for the kids

I am a mother of five and I need to get in shape so that I can keep up with my kids and housework. I cook most of my own food. I try not to eat out more than once a week because I always feel bad after i do. my father is a diabetic so I know what returant food does to your sugar levels. he has also recently had heart surgery so that prompted me more than anything else really

My Goals:
I would like to lose the weight I am aiming for by our anniversary and i think it will work. i am certanly working toward it working for me this time

My Program:
i am starting my day with a decent breakfast and some healthier choices for snacks and lunch. i am going to the gym 3-5 times a week because its the only place i can exercise because at home i quit to easily.

Personal Information:
I am from listowel ontario. Iove cooking and baking and come from a big family where my mother always makes all er own food and bread and stuff.

Thanks for the sweet comment on my big picture blog! Glad you liked it! And just for the helluvit- you should think about that all or nothing mentality....very few people get "ALL" and very few get "nothing" so it safe to say that even with a little effort- you can get "Something" So set yourself up to WIN and give yourself a little grace for screw ups...like I said- Jillian Michaels screws up just like the rest of us. It's what makes up human! Be nice to yourself- you DO deserve it!
