So near and yet so far!

I am a Stay at Home Mum to 3 boys - being home it makes it hard especially when you have treats and snacks around for the children.....it's easy to just grab something 'small' from the cupboard without realizing it! It's also very easy to get through the day without getting any real exercise.

I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight - I'm just trying to get where I was before my last child and my year and a half of back pain! It doesn't sound like it would be too hard but with ...

It doesn't sound like it would be too hard but with will-power like mine (that would be non-existent) I seem to have trouble! I have started many times but I usually fail once I get bored of not being able to have all the sugar my brain is telling me I need! I would say that is my main problem - my sweet tooth! My next biggest problem is I hate veggies!

This time I'm more determined to get this done - I'm tired of the way I look in the mirror - I have taken love handles and saddle bags to a new level.

I will be strong this time...........cut down on the sweets.......resistance is NOT futile!!

My Goals:
I gained weight each time I had a child and then when I had back problems I gained more but since then I haven't been able to lose any of it. My goal is to lose about 20lbs....that's my last pregnancy and my back ache extras!

My Program:
I plan to try to get a little exercise a little each day and to cut back on sweets and over sized portions of food.

We just got a Wii Fit and while I thought it just a fun toy - the past few nights I have used it, got some exercise and enjoyed myself too. It may not burn a lot of calories like a treadmill but it's better than what I was doing!! (That's nothing by the way!)

Personal Information:
I'm from the UK - but I'm now living in Tennessee with my wonderful Hubby and 3 boys. Home is where the heart is!

Other Information:
