Just Right!

I am a mom to an 8 yr. old boy and a stepmom to 2 other boys 14, and 18. My husband and I have been married for 9 years. We are a pretty happy family and the boys' friends are always coming to our house!

I struggle with being addicted to food for comfort. I am trying to remember that the Lord is my portion and my comfort.

Thanks for adding me as your friend. I'm here to help in any way I can. Even though I don't know the full conversation I just want to piggy back MOMWITH7KIDS. Use EVERY negative word, thought, and suggestion to get the pounds OFF. If you have to cry, (I did) cry on the treadmill. Sweat and Tears!

You can do it! It is hard when people are tactless and thoughtless. That has happened to me before and it sure hurts. Just remember the sticks and stones saying. The more you can ignore idiots like that the stronger you'll become! Don't let them define who you are. emoticon
