My Goals:
1. To lose 85 lbs total, safely and KEEP IT OFF.
2. Balance my fitness with my fibromyalgia.
3. Balance my thyroid numbers with my diet.
4. Maintain my glucose numbers in the normal range.
5. Fight SAD with fitness, nutrition, and spiritual fitness.
6. Stay Active!
7. Become a Master Naturalist.
My Program:
1. Limited but much healthier carbs
2. 5 or more fresh veggies each day
3. healthier prepared limited protein
4. 8 glasses of water per day
5. portion control on occasional sweets
6. 8+ hours of sleep per night
7.Fibro-safe exercises-walking, yoga, light weight strengthening routines.
Personal Information:
I live in the SE part of the Hoosier state, married 27years, mom to a 21yo dd and 16yo ds.
We have 1 black lab/golden retriever mix, 3 cats, and a flock of chickens as well as a woods full of wild critters.
I am an avid reader, a homeschooling mom, and an amateur naturalist/ conservationist, who is passionate about planting native plants and flowers.
