I'm looking forward to getting rid of all this extra weight and enjoying my life with my amazing husband even more than I already do.
I want to be able to feel good about myself. I want to be strong. I've recently discovered that I really like strength training and I'm looking forward to increasing my strength.
My honey and I would like to have a couple of children in the future but first I want to hit my goals and be at a healthy weight so I can enjoy my pregnancy and be healthy ...

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get down to 23-25% body fat.
That would put me between 177lb and 182lbs.



My Program:
Stay within my calorie range of 1270-1620
Focus on increasing protein.

Strength/Cardio with personal trainer twice a week.

Cardio on my own 3-5 times a week.

Personal Information:
I'm 26 years old. My husband and I have been married two years.

I'm 5'7", I'm always curious about how tall other people are.


Other Information:
I love to read, my favorite authors are Karen Kingsbury and Ted Decker.
I love riding my bike, camping, and kayaking.
I work for an accounting firm and have been in the accounting field for the last 8 years. I'm currently working on completing my bachelor's degree and hopefully will be finished by the fall of 2016.

My doctor and I are on the same page when it comes to meds. I steer clear of them at all costs because it only covers up the problems. If you would like I can send you the tips (outside of what is on my blog) that you can try or talk with your Doctor about to see about getting you off of the meds. emoticon

I will order "Three" for my Kindle. You should read "Skin". It is crazy how that book plays with your mind. I was a Dean Koontz reader from the time I was a pre-teen but his writing style has changed dramatically and I backed away from him.

I was just reviewing your page after reading your blog and I thought 3 things:

1.) You are very pretty and naturally photogenic.

2.) I thought it was great that you added your height because that is one of the first questions that pops into my mind when I see a pic of someone.

3.) I also like Ted Dekker books. I have only read two but they have been really good and once I get through the two books I am working on, I am going to seek him out.
