I'm looking forward to getting rid of all this extra weight and enjoying my life with my amazing husband even more than I already do.
I want to be able to feel good about myself. I want to be strong. I've recently discovered that I really like strength training and I'm looking forward to increasing my strength.
My honey and I would like to have a couple of children in the future but first I want to hit my goals and be at a healthy weight so I can enjoy my pregnancy and be healthy ...

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get down to 23-25% body fat.
That would put me between 177lb and 182lbs.



My Program:
Stay within my calorie range of 1270-1620
Focus on increasing protein.

Strength/Cardio with personal trainer twice a week.

Cardio on my own 3-5 times a week.

Personal Information:
I'm 26 years old. My husband and I have been married two years.

I'm 5'7", I'm always curious about how tall other people are.


Other Information:
I love to read, my favorite authors are Karen Kingsbury and Ted Decker.
I love riding my bike, camping, and kayaking.
I work for an accounting firm and have been in the accounting field for the last 8 years. I'm currently working on completing my bachelor's degree and hopefully will be finished by the fall of 2016.

Purple isn't always bad though. If you were keeping your dark hair you could probably do it because it would blend better, or you could do more of a highlight underneath your top layer so it could be seen, but not necessarily calling attention to the color either. Does that make sense?lol

thanks for the comment on my blog! i drink a lot of water, but sometimes it makes me feel more hungry. like it pushes the food through too fast. though i do know how "hungry' it can make you when you don't have enough water. i will add more fiber to breakfast. thanks!

Hey! Sorry for not updating in awhile, I have been under the weather all month and I'm still not 100%. Things in life are insane right now.
I'm currently in Colorado but moving back to Wisconsin this weekend because my job didn't work out and I haven't been able to find another one.... it changes my plans for graduate school but it's all in God's plan. Plus my fall classes started up this week, so I'm trying to get back into the school routine after being off for 5 weeks. Along with packing to move home. It's craziness.
How are things with you?
