Hi, Heidie! Glad to meet you! I live in Oregon, but we share the same age group. I want to share my favorite exercise plan...it can be done sitting standing, lying, whatever. It's Oxycise! It's just a special breathing mode that really shakes up your midsection, with different positions that you hold with tension in your muscles. You can burn 227 calories with medium tension, more than a stationary bike. It's worth the few dollars, takes up no space, and it's pretty amazing. I am having a hard time sticking to anything. Hi Heidie, You can lose the 10# I know you can! journal your food! make a plan ! do just a few substutions with veggies and you won't even notice the less calories! do without 500 calories per day and exercise 500 calories per day and you have a pound off every week! 10 weeks = 10 pounds! and btw 10 pounds will be 40 sticks of butter! I CARE!!!!!
