Hello my name is Heidi... after many diets, pills and visits to a weight loss doctor, I have decided that maybe if I lose weight through lower calorie meals and exercise I will have a better understanding of what it takes to lose the pounds. I feel that I can do this the right way and chances of getting fat again after hard work may lessen... because come on who wants their hard work to go to waste. I am positive I can do it this time.

My Goals:
I would love to get into the 100's. From all the BMI charts I should weight like 140. I think I will look sick. So I am shooting for 170. I need to lose close to 100 pounds. I started at 258.8 on July 6, 2012....
My Program:
Walking 4+ miles a day... sometimes up a small mountain and sometimes on a track. I run when I can though fast is never the speed. :)
