Welcome to SP!
You have come to the right place to get healthier. SP has all the tools you need.
You might try using the Nutrition and Fitness trackers as they are great tools.
Also, start out getting 10 minutes of exercise a day. Then work up from there.
Members are really supportive.
Being active on your Spark Teams, is a good way to stay accountable.
