Many life changes

I started my weight loss in April and it is the first diet that has ever worked for me. I have PCOS which makes it very hard for me to lose weight and a friend told me about the HCG diet which has been awesome! I still have about 10 lbs to lose to reach my goal, but overall, so far, I have lost 80 lbs! I am comfortable at the weight I am now, but may try losing those 10 lbs for summer! I have inspired friends to try it as well and they have been very successful so far! Can't wait for them ...

I don't think I'm suppose to be up 10 lbs when I haven't even done my gorge days yet! UGH!!! emoticon I should have started gorge days over Christmas.

How'd you do over Christmas?

Thanks! I was actually going to ask you about exercising on gorge days. Do you know if that's okay or is it not recommended? They're having a Zumbathon (1.5 hours) New Years Eve at the Y...right in the middle of gorging. I'm planning on going, but wasn't sure if it was a good idea. Did you exercise on gorge days?

I know you lose it pretty quick, but 10 pounds scares me!!! If I gotta do it YES the holidays are the best time to do it. Just wish I wasn't eating like I'm allowed to eat to capacity for two weeks. emoticon

Question for you! :) I know I asked you about this before, but would like to revisit the eat to capacity week. Now you said you did that before each one of your rounds, right? I've gotten mixed information on the capacity week, so I just wanted more clarification on what you did. The reason being that I'm planning on loading New Year's weekend, but I'll be eating crappy from Christmas and probably until New Year's. I figure I might as well do the eat to capacity week if I'm not going to be on my best behavior anyway.

And, how much weight did you usually gain from your eat to capacity week and loading?
