I'm glad you're practicing positive thinking! Just worry about yourself and you will see that things will fall in to place for you. I've been doing a lot better this month. I've been working out a lot and trying to eat healthier while watching my portion sizes. Next week ill be starting a new job cooking, so that should keep me busy as well. I'm glad you're doing better. Keep up the good work!
Hi so how did you do with that scale? Try not to stress about the scale. I know easier sid than done right!? I used to cry when I got on the scale so I got ride of it. Remember the scale does not weight a goal accomplished, or the amount of determination you have or healthy habits you have gained! try to remember to use different things to measure your progress such as: the way your clothes feel on you. Are they tight or getting loose? Look in the mirror. Is your waist getting narrow or full? Get a tape measure. At times you will be losing body fat which the scale will never measure (unless you have one which does).
