The Beginning of the rest of my life!!!
I am 38. Married to my amazing husband Scott for 12 years, and I have two children Nathan(20) and Hannah(3). I have battled with weight for 20 years dealing with Insulin Resistance and PCOS. I have 1.5 years till I turn 40 and I refuse to turn 40 at this weight. I desire to hike and enjoy the outdoors instead of sitting on the sidelines watching everyone else have fun. I want to create a healthy life for my daughters future!! She is my miracle!! I owe this to her.

My goal is to take 1 day at a time. I want to keep up with my daily food and excercise.
My Program:
I am staying within my daily calories even leaving a few to know I am in control. And I am making sure to get my exercise in just starting out with my 3 days for sure.
