My Goals:
My goals are to eat healthier, exercise, live life to the fullest and graduate medical assisting college in 2 years.
My Program:
To meet my goals I will log into Spark daily to track my nutrition and fitness, enter my challenge progress. I will be starting college in January to meet my career goal.
