Walk EVERYWHERE - currently my car resides 3000 KM away - trying to get to the gym a few times per week, but it's hard
eat clean and also everything from scratch
Personal Information:
Empty nester of 3 sons ages 22-28; Living in -Whitby, ON-well I was, until October - relocated to take care of my son who has cancer, so now 3000 KM away in Edmonton - will be going back to Ontario permanently some point; work in IT from my son'a apartment at the moment.
