I am trying to find a way to relate to food that is about meeting my body's caloric needs and not my emotional needs. I am trying to find a body size that lets me do all the things I want and need to do without getting in my way.
I am tracking my food and working out five times a week. I am trying to add extra steps in my day and play vigorously to add more working out to my day. I try to keep my calories in my range from 1300 to 1700 but I also try to not beat myself up or deny myself as that seems to lead to binging. Instead I will try to consider lower calorie options when I hit a bump.
I am from Washington. I am a sahm to two boys and a stepmom to one teenager.
I recieved your e-mail and we do have alot in common. I think we can be great buddies and help each other along this journey. I love how happy you all look in your pictures! Atleast you get into photos. I do not want to have my picture taken at all. The Pocono pictures were the first ones taken in a long time. I faked it. I was caught up in the weekend and I had to fake it for my husband. Only I knew how unhappy I really was inside. He would never understand. Now with SP everyone understands! It's awsome. Can't wait to get to know you better! Have a good night. Danielle
Hi there, my name is Jenny and I wanted to drop in and say hello. I found you on my friend Leelyn's page (she is fantastic!) Then I read your little bit about playing with the kids at the playground...I also wanted to go down the slide with my son, or fit on those blasted swings. Now I do!! It's still a tight fit, mind you, but I do it with pride! All the best for you on your journey towards better health and loads of fun and energy!
Congragulations on the weight loss so far. You're really getting into it. My name is Karen and I'd like to extend a warm welcome to the depression and dieting team. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you.
