Ready to Meet Some Goals!

I've been a member here for a while but I'm returning now after a break from Sparkpeople. I plan on mainly using my treadmill and exercise bike 5-6 days a week and doing some strength training. I will also work on keeping my eating habits healthy and low fat. I want to focus more on creating healthy habits then solely on my weight this time so I don't lose my focus:)
