One thing that helped me get my workouts/exercise in was scheduling it at the same time everyday. Frankly, if it's not done right away in morning it doesn't always get done. Only way for me to fight procrastination was doing it daily. Have a good week. 1377 days ago
for commenting on my blog. Avoiding chocolate at the moment is what I really need to do. When I am more confident and seeing numbers that please me....I am going to allow myself at small chocolate treat once a week.
