Hi. I'm Heather. I'm married, have 4 kids, 2 are grown and out of the house. I work as an RN at a busy teaching hospital. I'm a vegetarian. I decided to become a veg for heart health and to control cholesterol. I guess I'm a yo-yo dieter. Nothing I've done has worked so far. I keep gaining more and more.

One thing that helped me get my workouts/exercise in was scheduling it at the same time everyday. Frankly, if it's not done right away in morning it doesn't always get done. Only way for me to fight procrastination was doing it daily.

Avoiding chocolate at the moment is what I really need to do.
When I am more confident and seeing numbers that please
me....I am going to allow myself at small chocolate treat once
a week.
