My Goals:
I lost 60 lbs to join the Air Force, 60 lbs after my first child and my weight won't budge after my second and I love working out and try to eat right as much as possible. I want to get back to who I was and what I looked like. I refuse to give in to "life"!

My Program:
I'm doing rx hcg and I also workout doing les mills bodypump and combat which are beachbody home workouts, they're awesome!

its 3 carbs per serving and i THINK it was 6 servings. not positive! it's good carbs though, from the tomatoes.

Thanks I think I might get to 15, I didn't think I would even get close to 20. I have already ate breakfast and lunch and have had 3 carbs. I don't know what I will be having for dinner but we will see. I have cheese as snacks but the cheese I have has no carbs either.. LOL. Should you get a certain amount or is it ok if I don't get that many??

Thank you! It helps. Some one was talking about that but I didn't understand. So what is a good amount of net carbs you should eat per day on phase 3? Is it still 20 to 30 net carbs?

Hey!!! It was FANTASTIC! I had a chicken sausage (Coleman's makes sausages with no sugar YAY!) with some wilted spinach and vinegar for lunch, then I made the BEST dessert I think I've ever had for a snack later. I mixed some plain yogurt with coconut shreds, macadamia nuts, chocolate stevia, and peppermint extract. It tasted like I had bitten into a fluffy puffy heaven cloud of chocolate peppermint goodness. Mmmm I'm drooling just thinking about it again! Yummmmm! Then for dinner I made Italian chicken with homemade tomato sauce and roasted cauliflower and a little bit of cheese - and I ate a WHOLE BREAST! Not 100g of one! LOL!!! Man that was some freakin good Italian food. ^_^ How long do you have of P2 left?
