After years of fighting with my weight, I have finally decided to take charge of it. There are many things in my life that I cannot control, but this is something that I can and will. I want to lose weight to be healthy and to feel good about myself. I am 25 years old. My starting weight was 202 pounds on 11/12/12 and my goal is to reach 135.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose about 65 pounds. I want to exercise more and feel healthier. I want to go out into public and feel confident in the way that I look.

-Lose 10-15 pounds by Christmas (Accomplished!)
-Lose a total of 25 pounds by Valentines day
-Walk/Run a 5K in the Spring
