May I take this opportunity to wish you luck on your healthy living journey towards reaching your goals. Feel free to jump into any of our challenges and our chat thread. We have been a bit inactive due to the Summer hols but are getting back on track now with a 6 week challenge (just starting week 3) which you can jump into if you wish as it is a step challenge which adds a new challenge each week - so far we have to log food (don't have to stay in range but obviously it helps!), set a goal for exercise and drink water. We are also doing a virtual walk around the National Walks of Britain so feel free to add any miles you walk, run, swim, cycle etc. you can also add 1 mile for every 15 minutes of non-measured exercise such as dancing, boxing, strength training.
