Heather Getting Fit!

Hi! I'm Heather! Over the last 3.5 years, I've lost over 100 lbs through eating clean and healthy as well as working out 4-6x/week. I combine cardio (running or spinning) with strength training and yoga. I started with the Couch-to-5k program and ran a half-marathon 18 months later. When I began this journey, I was in a size 28 jeans. Now I wear size 14.

I am excited to share this journey with you and inspire each other!
