Hi! I'm Heather! Over the last 3.5 years, I've lost 87 lbs through eating clean and healthy as well as working out 4-6x/week. I combine cardio (running or spinning) with strength training and yoga. I started with the Couch-to-5k program and ran a half-marathon 18 months later. When I began this journey, I was in a size 28 jeans. Now I wear size 16.

My Program:
Right now I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution 90-day program. It has 30 minute workouts 6 days a week and follows a clean-eating 1200 calorie/day food plan. I also run 3x/week.
