Heather Getting Fit!

Hi! I am Heather! Over the last 4 years, I have lost over 160 lbs through eating clean and healthy as well as working out 4-6x/week. I combine cardio (running or spinning) with strength training, pilates, and yoga. I started with the Couch-to-5k program and ran a half-marathon 18 months later. When I began this journey, I was in size 28 jeans. Now I wear size 2. I am excited to share this journey with you and inspire each other!
