Pretty simple, to look good and feel good.
Diet: As of January 2012, I am trying a low carb diet my own way. I'm starting off for 2 weeks at about 30-35 net carbs per day or lower. After that, it will be bumped up to 40 net carbs per day and then I'll modify as needed.
Exercise: Running twice per week, but more focusing on weight training.

Hey Heather! Looks like you are sparking again. I've been still logging in here often for fitness goals but my weight hasn't moved in AGES. I am still trying to lose the weight from #2! I have about 12-13 lbs to lose and have been trying to get serious the last couple weeks, I haven't been overly successful but still trying to get better. Hope all is well with you and your fam. :)
