I want to be able to run for 45 minutes straight. I'd also like defined abs, since they are a great indicator of health :) I think I have a set underneath the chub...
I am aiming for at least 30 grams of fiber per day and between 100 to my body weight in protein per day. I also am carefully monitoring the process that goes into food--the less chemicals the better and little to no high fructose corn syrup. I'm basically trying to follow Scott Connelly's Book Body Rx: Six Pack Prescription . It is very good! You should borrow it from your library!! It also has a strength routine that will get you the six pack, as long as you play along :)

Hi! I wanted to thank you for leaving a comment on my page - A YEAR AGO! I haven't been that faithful to Sparkpeople, but I'm ready to get back on track....I was thinking if you were still looking for a buddy, I could definitely use some encouragement and accountability. Hoping to hear from you soon - and congrats on your progress! You really have a healthy attitude. (I promise it won't take me a year to get back to you)
Woohoo! Welcome to 180-ville! It is a pretty decent place to visit, but the weather in 170-ville is waaaaay better... luckily I moved there earlier this week! Enjoy your stay in 18-ville, but I wanna hang out with you in 170-ville ASAP! Keep up the great work!
Uuuhg, I weighed in a again this morning at 193 :( so close, yet so far away. I really shouldn't weigh myself until Monday. I worked out for two hours last night too doing a Zumba class and then a fit ball class. Fingers are crossed. About budgeting, I use a super awesome spreadsheet I got for free online. If you can work with an excel spreadsheet it may work for you. Let me know.
