Don't skip dinner. Carefully plan tomorrow's menu to balance it out among your three meals and a snack. Eat tonight but make it count. Eat veggies and veggies and veggies. They give us lots of chew time for relatively low calories. Skipping dinner will do nothing but cause you to raid the kitchen at midnight. Have some lean protein and veggies at the very least. You can do this. You CAN do this.
