GOAL: Happy Healthy Heather

I am 33 (I'll be 34 in August) and have battled since my last child to take off my unwanted weight. I have never been active, but now realize that I must combine exercise with controlled eating to achieve my weight loss goals.

I've done every "diet" out there. Isagenics, weight watchers, atkins, cabbage soup, prism, I'm not joking... I know WHAT needs to be done, I just have a hard time following through. Very yo-yo for about 20 lbs, but rarely do I break the barrier! I commit ...
